The average size of the waterfront properties is just over an acre, while the interior lots range between 3-5 acres each. The interior lots have access to the water through a "Boatominium", which provides boating access for its owners. Our official address is Hertford, North Carolina 27944. The subdivision is governed by the "Declaration of Covenants" (Covenants) which is provided to each lot owner and is available at the Perquimans County Land Records office. As delineated in the Covenants, our subdivision is managed through an elected Board of Directors. The Board of Directors also appoints officers to handle the administrative affairs of the organization. Our objective is to build a high quality community in North Carolina´s Albemarle Region.
