Heritage Shores Plantation consists of two separate subdivisions, Heritage Shores North (39 lots) and Heritage Shores South (62 lots), Both located in Perquimans County, North Carolina. Each subdivision features waterfront properties that average just above an acre and interior lots ranging from 3-5 acres.

Heritage Shores Plantation North has a large 1+ Acre dock with 10 Boat slips deeded to individuals located in interior lots and maintained by them. See North web page for Boataminium Documents

South Dock

Heritage Shores South has a large Common Area of approximately one acre for use by the residents of the HSS community. Off of the Common Area is a private pier with 10 boat slips. Nine slips are owned and deeded to various lot owners in HSS. One slip (#10 - first slip on the right from the shore) is owned by the HSS HOA. HSS HOA members may only use the pier to access slip #10. The pier is privately owned and maintained by the slip owners. See South, Documents, Boataminium for additional information.

Both subdivisions have individual “Covenants” and “By-Laws” (north/south) on file at the Perquimans County Land Records office, and each has a Board of Directors and officers who manage the business and internal affairs.
