Budget

The Annual Dues are $400 and due April 1 of each year. Any change to the dues are voted on by the lot owners at the Annual Meeting.

• Dues are used for:

  • Road Improvement & Maintenance - 7 roads*

  • Maintenance of Common Areas (Roadside Lawn-cutting, etc.)*

  • Audit and Tax Prep

  • Liability Insurance

  • Donations to Charity(s)

  • Various other Administrative and legal fees

• Detailed and updated budget information is made available to all lot owners at board meetings. The budget is voted on at the annual meeting.

*approximately 90% of the total budget is used for these two items.
